To use our services, you need to submit an online transfer request by filling out the form on our website. Please provide accurate contact details to ensure we can respond. Enter your name, phone number, and email, along with transfer details: pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, and any additional information.
You can also request a child seat (9–18 kg) or booster (18–36 kg), which we will prepare in advance.
This form can also be used to inquire about routes not listed on the website. We provide private transfers to both large and small towns or villages. Don’t hesitate to enter your location and receive a personalized quote.
Reservations for private transfers with ViaMoto are accepted only in advance via the online form, email, or message. Required information includes date and time of travel, route, number of passengers and luggage, flight number, and personal details (name, phone, and email).
After submitting your reservation, we will send all necessary travel information and confirm availability. A written confirmation from you is required to finalize the booking.
Reservations will not be confirmed if you fail to respond to our emails or provide incorrect contact details. In such cases, the request is automatically canceled.
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and may vary depending on the number of passengers, route, and vehicle type. Vehicles are categorized as: car (1–3 passengers), minivan (3–4 passengers), and van (4–8 passengers).
Prices are listed clearly for each category on popular routes in Bulgaria.
The final price is confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is made on-site in cash. Card or bank transfers are possible with prior request.
If arriving by flight to Sofia, the driver monitors your flight in real time and meets you at Sofia Airport arrivals with a sign bearing your name. In case of flight delays, the driver adjusts the pickup time at no extra charge.
Standard waiting time after arrival is 60 minutes.
Free cancellation is possible with at least 24 hours notice before the transfer.
No cancellation fee is charged if your flight is canceled by the airline less than 24 hours before arrival.
No fee is charged for flight delays, regardless of duration.
Standard waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. For no-shows without notice or unsuccessful contact, 50% of the transfer fee is charged.
Standard waiting time at a client’s address (if the transfer is from address) is 30 minutes. For no-shows without notice or unsuccessful contact, the full transfer fee applies.
Standard luggage within vehicle capacity is included. Additional or oversized luggage must be declared in advance so that we can prepare the most suitable vehicle.
Child seats (9-18 kg.) and child boosters (18-36 kg.) are provided free of charge upon prior request.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as heavy traffic, weather conditions, road restrictions, or other force majeure events.
All transfers are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and applicable law.
